Office Co-ordinator 

We are currently recruiting for a Office Co-ordinator - to work from the 24th September- 22nd October
The role is located in Central London- Waterloo £15.50 an hour

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Are Client is an award winning environmental consultancy, Providing Planning, and Landscape design. 
They provide these services to the Public and Private Sector. 
  
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Ensuring the office is safe and welcoming
• General office tasks such as managing stationery and kitchen supplies Light reception duties including phone calls, booking couriers and mail (post and shared mailboxes)
• Welcoming visitors, arranging refreshments, and assisting with inductions of new colleagues to LUC
• Desk booking and meeting room management along with coordinating our equipment booking system
• Making travel and accommodation reservations

ABOUT YOU

• Highly professional and personable 
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Highly proficient level of numeracy skills, written and spoken English
• Interest in the environment and Design is helpful
