School Administrator - Safeguarding, Behaviour & Attendance
Location: Greenwich
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay: £16-£18 per hour
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full Time
Remedy Education are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive School Administrator to join a busy school team on a full-time basis.
This is a varied role based within the Reflection Room, providing vital administrative support across safeguarding, behaviour and attendance. Previous school administration experience would be highly beneficial, and some experience or knowledge of safeguarding is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Safeguarding
- Log, organise and file safeguarding records for Year 6 and follow up any missing files
- Support with the transfer of Year 11 and Year 13 safeguarding files to new provisions
- Maintain trackers for vulnerable children, including CP, CIN and agency referrals
- Monitor MyConcern and escalate overdue concerns to the DSL
- Support with arranging and diarising safeguarding meetings
- Book safeguarding training and maintain attendance and completion records
- Support with alternative provision compliance and associated behaviour tracking
Behaviour & Attendance
- Manage detention administration and the relevant email account
- Support with uniform, the Reflection Room and School Based Reflections
- Maintain the First Impressions tracker
- File behaviour incidents and update the Pastoral Scoreboard
- Maintain attendance conversation trackers
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a school setting
- Some safeguarding experience or knowledge
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing confidential and sensitive information
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A proactive and professional approach
An Enhanced DBS will be required.
