Job Description:

HR Coordinator - Further Education College in East Lodnon

Location: East London
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Hybrid: 1 day from home, with potential for more
Contract: 2-month temporary role, with potential to become permanent subject to performance and full interview process
Rate: £19–£21 per hour

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team at an FE college in East London. You’ll need to hit the ground running, take ownership and be confident working in a high-volume environment.

Key requirements:

• Strong HR and recruitment administration experience
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience
• iTrent experience essential
• Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
• Education/Further Education experience desirable
