Job Title: Contract Support
Location: City of London (Local to Liverpool Street Station)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support to join a well-established FM provider, supporting a prestigious Hard FM contract based in the City of London, just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. The Role
 
Working alongside the Contract Manager and engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of a busy Hard FM contract. You will be responsible for maintaining CAFM systems, coordinating planned maintenance, supporting compliance, and providing administrative support to ensure high service standards are achieved.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Managing and updating the CAFM system
• Scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
• Maintaining compliance records and contract documentation
• Producing reports and supporting KPI and SLA performance
• Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Providing general administrative support to the contract management team
• Assisting with helpdesk and service delivery activities

 
About You
 
The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a Contract Support or FM Administrator role
• Experience working on Hard FM or Building Services contracts
• Previous experience using CAFM systems is essential
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
