Location: City of London
Salary: £16 per Hour
Hours: 2pm - 11pm / Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

• Handling inbound customer calls.

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries.

• Updating customer information accurately on internal systems.

• Investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best customer experience.

• Ensuring all work is completed in line with company policies and procedures.

• Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Confident using computer systems and learning new software.

• Positive, professional and customer-focused approach.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
