Car Sales Executive

OTE £50,000 - £60,000 | Basic Salary £21,000 - £27,000 | NO Sundays!

Are you a driven, customer-focused sales professional looking to accelerate your career in the automotive industry? Our client is seeking an ambitious Car Sales Executive to join their successful dealership team.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. You'll guide customers through their purchasing journey, helping them find the perfect vehicle while promoting finance and additional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles using a structured sales process.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist customers with vehicle model selection, features, specifications, and finance options.
• Conduct professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Manage your diary effectively, arranging appointments and following up enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system efficiently.
• Ensure a professional appearance and represent the dealership to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For

• Previous car sales experience is essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A motivated, target-driven attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• A professional and enthusiastic approach.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £21,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
• On-Target Earnings: £50,000 - £60,000

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Sunday plus one weekday off each week.
