Travel Sales Executive

Base Salary £26,000 OTE £32,000

Hybrid - Central London

Our client is a leading up market tour operator specialising in high quality cruises and Escorted tours to worldwide destinations.

Due to growth and expansion, they are now recruiting for a Travel Sales Executive to join their team.

The role involves dealing with enquiries with clients and booking tours based in their requirements and budgets.

To be considered, candidates must have previous travel industry experienced gained sales or reservations.

Our client will also be open to well-travelled graduates seeking the opportunity to develop a career within the travel industry.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central London.

Travel Sales Executives Responsibilities:

• Arranging worldwide river cruise holidays and tours, tailored to meet individual clients’ needs and preferences.
• Creating bespoke travel itineraries, including booking flights, cruises and accommodation.
• Delivering excellent customer service by handling enquiries, resolving issues and providing expert advice to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets while identifying opportunities to maximise sales and drive business growth.

Travel Sales Executive Experience Required:

• Previous travel experience gained within sales or reservations roles is preferred although my client will consider well-travelled candidates seeing to develop a career within the travel industry.
• Confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and build positive relationships.
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on understanding customers’ needs, providing tailored recommendations and delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.

Travel Sales Executives Remuneration and Benefits:

• Salary £26,000 + Commission
• Realistic earning potential is £30,000-£32,000
