Our client is an established and growing utility company delivering projects for clients across London and the South East.

They are currently expanding their team and looking for a Transport Coordinator to work in the plant and transport division.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly while working as part of a team.

Salary to £30k | 25 Days Holiday | Annual Discretionary Bonus | Monday - Friday 07:30–16:00

Transport Coordinator Key Essentials:

• As a Transport Coordinator you will be required to manage daily vehicle movements
• Schedule and allocate drivers and vehicles efficiently
• Liaise with drivers throughout the day and respond to operational issues
• Maintain accurate transport records and documentation
• Monitor servicing schedules and ensure that jobs are completed on time
• Communicate with teams regarding deliveries and collections
• Assist with compliance, vehicle checks and general fleet administration
• Resolve day-to-day transport issues quickly and professionally

Transport Coordinator Requirements:

•              Previous experience within an administration role

•              Strong organisational and communication skills

•              Good IT and administrative skills

•              Ability to prioritise workloads and problem-solve effectively
