Transaction Manager

£30,000 Basic + Commission

We’re representing a prestige automotive dealer in Southeast London with a successful, thriving sales department and a strong Sales Manager looking to add an experienced Transaction Manager to the team.

This isn’t a turnaround project. The foundations are already there. The team is performing. The opportunity is to join a successful operation, make your mark and help push it to the next level.

You’ll be working with prestige product, a successful sales team and an experienced management structure, with the opportunity to earn well, build your profile and develop your career.

Responsibilities

You’ll be right in the heart of the sales operation, helping drive performance across:

• New & used vehicle sales
• Finance & product sales
• Renewals
• Lead enquiry management
• Compliance
• Sales performance and KPIs

You’ll be stacking deals, valuing part exchanges, second-facing customers and helping Sales Consultants maximise every opportunity.

You’ll have a voice, you’ll have responsibility and you’ll be expected to make a difference.

Requirements

• You’ll already be an experienced Transaction Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Team Leader within automotive retail.
• You’ll be commercially sharp, confident with customers and deals, strong on F&I and products, and capable of leading from the front.
• You’ll also have the ambition to continue developing — whether that means becoming even stronger in your TM role or positioning yourself for future Sales Management opportunities.

Salary and Benefits

• £30,000 Basic + Bonus & Commission
• Company Car + Commuting Fuel Allowance
• 5-Day Working Week
• Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am–5:00pm
• 1-in-3 Sundays: 10:00am–4:00pm
