Our client is a growing domiciliary care provider based in Ealing and is looking for enthusiastic Trainee Care Workers to join their friendly and supportive team.

Whether you're a student, recent school or college leaver, changing careers, or simply looking for a meaningful role, full training will be provided. No previous care experience is necessary.

What You'll Be Doing

After completing your training, you'll visit clients in their own homes and help them remain independent by providing support with:

• Personal care (washing, dressing and grooming)
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Medication prompting or administration (following training)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light household duties
• Encouraging independence and wellbeing
