Evolve is recruiting for an innovative rapidly expanding Medical Device organisation that brings pioneering, cost-effective Wound Care products to the UK market.

Our client is in search of a driven and passionate Territory Sales Manager to join their sales team, promoting a well-established Wound Care portfolio into key Primary and Secondary Care customers across South London and the South East of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for the Territory Sales Manager

• A motivated, ambitious, and self-driven individual with a passion for achieving targets and delivering outstanding results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to build lasting relationships and influence healthcare professionals.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a busy field-based territory and prioritise workload.
• Previous sales experience or a background in healthcare is desirable, particularly within medical devices, wound care, or a clinical setting, although individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Role Responsibilities for the Territory Sales Manager

• Drive sales growth by developing your territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clinical education that help customers understand the benefits of advanced wound care solutions and improve patient outcomes.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships to maximise territory performance.
• Take ownership of your territory by effectively planning your diary, managing your CRM, analysing sales trends, and prioritising high-value accounts.
