Temp Receptionist - Bank

Salary: £30,000pa

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm)

We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to become the face of the business, providing a first-class front-of-house experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings
• Arrange refreshments and catering for meetings and events
• Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor records
• Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
• Maintain a tidy, professional reception and communal office environment
• Support new starter onboarding processes, including building access and office induction arrangements
• Assist with office supplies and stationery ordering
• Monitor and replenish kitchen and hospitality supplies
• Provide administrative support to facilities and business support teams
• Raise purchase orders and assist with invoice processing where required
• Support office events and internal meetings
• Undertake ad hoc administration duties as required

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience managing busy reception desks desirable
