About Volta
Volta is the category-defining, fully vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform – from capital to clusters to software, under a founder-led enterprise. Our mission is The Utility of Compute™: AI infrastructure as dependable and available as electricity, for every organization that needs it. Launched with a $10B strategic partnership with one of the leading frontier AI labs, a Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, and a $5B AI Infrastructure Fund, Volta is building the infrastructure layer of the AI era from the ground up. We are 100+ people across London, Palo Alto, and New York, with rapid growth expectations to hundreds.
About The Role
WNTD is Volta's embedded RPO partner, running hiring across the UK and Europe from inside the business. We are looking for a Talent Associate to join our team at Volta and support hiring across its finance, legal and compliance functions.
These teams sit at the centre of everything Volta is doing as it moves from launch into delivery. Hiring spans strategic finance, FP&A, project controllership, technical accounting, tax, legal, compliance, and SOX and internal controls, at levels from analyst through to director.
You will own the review of applications across these roles, screen candidates against what each role needs, and work closely with our Senior Talent Partners to make sure the strongest people move forward quickly. You will be the first conversation many candidates have with Volta, so how you run that process matters.
