Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Lead

£35,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE) | Full Time, Permanent | Start: End September / Early October

Locations: Field-based role covering our client's sites across Kent, South East London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Nottingham, with a base at one of: Beckenham, Greenwich, Nottingham, Croxley Green or High Wycombe. Regular travel to sites required.

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, family-owned children's enrichment education brand with 60+ locations nationwide, delivering skills-based classes to over 8,500 students every week. Since a deliberate expansion strategy began in 2016, the business has grown from strength to strength — and now needs a Talent Acquisition Lead to take full ownership of how it attracts, assesses and secures the people who make that growth possible.

This is a genuinely strategic hire, not a back-office recruitment role. You'll partner directly with Directors and Branch/Site Managers, shape hiring strategy across a network of 60+ locations, and have real influence over how a growing, values-led brand builds its teams.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Candidate Experience You'll be the passionate, on-the-ground voice for the full recruitment journey — spending real time on-site with local managers to understand what each location actually needs, not just what a job spec says. You'll build genuine relationships across the network and make sure every candidate feels heard, valued and well looked after throughout the process.

Recruitment Analytics, Market Intelligence & Optimisation You'll bring a curious, data-informed mindset to the role — digging into regional hiring trends and talent metrics to sharpen attraction strategies, spotting bottlenecks before they become problems, and presenting clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership. Your insight will directly shape how the business continues to expand.

You won't be doing this alone — you'll work closely with an established HR & Recruitment team focused on attracting, nurturing and retaining great people as the business grows.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You...
