The Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's overall performance, leading from the front to achieve commercial targets, develop your team, and maintain exceptional brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive sales, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an engaging shopping experience.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Manage recruitment, training, coaching, and team development.
• Oversee stock management, replenishment, deliveries, and loss prevention.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to maximise commercial results.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures.
