Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie required for our client, a restaurant with a function room.  Live in is available if required.

About the role:

• This is an opportunity to be part of a small team. This property utilises fresh local seasonal produce and sources other ingredients from the market. Traditional British / European cuisine on offer.

Key Responsibilities and who we are looking for:

The role of Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie will require you:

• To assist and support the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. 
• This is a hands-on role using fresh produce 
• You will have good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.
• You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. 
• This role will require that you work lunch / evenings and week-ends which are the busiest times. 
• You will have previous restaurant food to order chef experience.
• Some function work experience.
