Social Commerce Executive – Beauty

Location: Middlesex | Hybrid Working
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Are you passionate about beauty, TikTok and the exciting world of social commerce? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established beauty business and help drive the growth of its brands across TikTok Shop.

Working across a diverse portfolio of beauty and personal care brands, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running and development of TikTok Shop, from product launches and promotional campaigns to creator partnerships and affiliate activity.

Working closely with the TikTok Shop Manager and wider Ecommerce, Marketing and Content teams, you'll gain valuable exposure to digital trading, social selling and online retail within a fast-paced, growing channel.

The Role

• Support the day-to-day management and growth of TikTok Shops across multiple beauty brands.

• Maintain and optimise product listings, pricing, product information and online merchandising.

• Coordinate new product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal trading activity.

• Support creator and affiliate partnerships, including onboarding, communications, product sampling and gifting.

• Track creator activity, affiliate sales and campaign performance.

• Assist with TikTok Shop LIVE shopping events and creator-led campaigns.

• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates and product performance, preparing reports and identifying opportunities to improve results.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Content and Product teams to deliver engaging campaigns and ensure assets are uploaded accurately and on time.

• Monitor stock availability, customer feedback, product ratings and competitor activity.

• Keep up to date with TikTok trends, platform developments and social commerce best practices.

About You

We're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded individual who is excited by the opportunities within social commerce.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, marketplace operations or a similar role, within a beauty, fashion or FMCG business

• A genuine interest in TikTok, beauty trends, influencer marketing and digital retail.

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Good numerical skills, with confidence using Excel and working with data and reports.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external creators.

• A positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A willingness to learn, take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the business.

Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate programmes or other ecommerce marketplaces would be advantageous but is not essential.
