Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to join a well-established principal contractor delivering high-profile construction projects across London?

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK construction business with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of projects from site.

As Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities.

• Maintaining programme, quality and health & safety standards.

• Issuing and managing permits to work.

• Coordinating temporary works and site logistics.

• Managing snagging, inspections and quality control.

• Liaising with clients, consultants, utilities and the wider project team.

• Supporting the commercial team with variations and project requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with current CDM and Health & Safety legislation.

We're keen to speak with experienced Site Managers who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience delivering medium to large construction projects for a principal contractor.

• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.

• Experience across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, retail, refurbishment or new build.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive approach with a strong focus on quality and safety.

• SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• Proven Site Management experience within the UK construction industry

• First Aid at Work

• Temporary Works experience

• Construction-related qualification

• Salary of £65,000 - £75,000
