Site Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a major high-value new build development in Feltham. This Site Manager role offers a minimum of 6 months' work on a large-scale fit-out package with a leading Tier 1 contractor, providing the chance to work on a flagship scheme and play a key role in delivering a complex project.

About the role of Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a substantial fit-out package within a high-value new build development in Feltham. Working closely with the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you will oversee subcontractors, drive programme delivery, and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

• Oversee day-to-day fit-out operations across designated areas of the project.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure programme targets are achieved.
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety on site.
• Monitor quality throughout the fit-out phase and ensure works meet specifications.
• Work closely with the project delivery team to resolve site issues and drive progress.
• Report on progress, labour, and programme performance.

Requirements for Site Manager

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager on large new build construction projects.
• Strong fit-out experience on high-value commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Tier 1 contractor experience is essential.
• Excellent subcontractor management and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced construction environment and deliver to tight deadlines.
