• Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience) plus a bonus of up to 10%.

• Manage a high-end, prime Central London portfolio of residential blocks.
• Maintain high service standards, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to the satisfaction of residents.
• Collaborate with our in-house support teams, including service charge accountants and chartered surveyors, to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee planned maintenance, repairs, and major works projects with the support of the Section 20 team.
• Foster excellent relationships with leaseholders, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize the provided administrative and technical support to focus on strategic property management.

• Proven experience in residential Block Management is essential.
• We are considering both established Senior Property Managers and experienced Property Managers ready to step into a senior role.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-end service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• A desire to undertake or continue professional development (TPI/RICS).
