LOCATION: Remote, with occasional travel to our Leeds or London Head Office

CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time

Summary

This is a brand new role, created off the back of our continued growth – we simply have more work than we can keep up with, and we need an experienced Senior Estimator to help us make the most of it.

Joining our Facilities Services business, you'll lead the commercial and technical pricing of complex, high-value maintenance and FM opportunities, from major frameworks through to strategic bids. Reporting to the Head of Estimating, you'll take ownership of some of our biggest work-winning opportunities, working closely with operational, commercial and bid colleagues to shape solutions that are both competitive and deliverable. This role is mainly remote, with occasional travel into our Leeds or London Head Office.

We work as a team here – this role sits within a close-knit, collaborative estimating function where people support each other, share knowledge and genuinely enjoy winning together. If you want to be part of a growing business with plenty of opportunity ahead, we'd love to hear from you.
