About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie to join our catering team based in White City. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food, maintaining excellent standards, and delivering a great dining experience.

Working Monday to Friday, you will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation, preparing a varied menu that caters to a diverse range of dietary preferences. The offering will include two meat dishes, two vegan dishes, a selection of fresh salads, and a hot breakfast service.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Produce a daily menu consisting of two meat options, two vegan options, a selection of fresh salads, and hot breakfast items.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served on time, maintaining excellent presentation and portion control.
• Take responsibility for your section and support the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure all dietary requirements and allergen procedures are followed correctly.
• Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and stock rotation.
• Monitor food quality, minimise waste, and support effective stock control.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and catering team to deliver an excellent service.
• Support and guide junior chefs where required.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Strong cooking skills and the ability to produce a varied range of dishes.
• Experience preparing meat, vegan, and vegetarian dishes.
• A good understanding of food hygiene, food safety, and allergen management.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service deadlines.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Relevant food hygiene qualifications are desirable.
