Senior Architectural Technician

Location: London

Salary: £45-55,000 (Dependent on Experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a highly regarded architectural practice in London. Working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, the successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of schemes from design through to construction. • Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
• Lead the technical development of projects through RIBA Stages 4-6.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Prepare technical details, specifications and Building Regulations information.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and current legislation.
• Attend site visits and project meetings as required.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team.
• Assist in delivering projects to programme and budget.

• Significant UK experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Proficiency in Revit, with AutoCAD experience advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Experience delivering projects across a range of RIBA work stages, particularly Stages 4-6.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a collaborative team.
