We are seeking a dedicated KS4 SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in the Sutton area. The school provides a structured and supportive environment for pupils with a range of additional and complex learning needs.

As a KS4 SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs and abilities. You will work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to support academic progress, engagement, positive behaviour and independence.

Previous experience teaching pupils with SEN is highly desirable, particularly at secondary or KS4 level. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential. You should be adaptable, resilient and passionate about improving outcomes for young people with additional needs.
