Seasonal Warehouse Operative – Fashion Brand (Fixed Term to February)
Location: South East London (on site)
Salary: £26,500–£30,000
Contract: Fixed term, November 2026 to February 2027, with possible extension
Hours: Full time

I’m working with a growing independent London fashion brand that is heading into its busiest season of the year. They need an organised, reliable Seasonal Warehouse Operative to help get orders out the door over the peak period, with the possibility of an extension beyond February depending on business needs.

Starting in November, you’ll be part of a small, friendly team and get involved across the whole operation, not just one task.

What you’ll be doing

• Picking, packing and processing customer orders
• Helping with stock management, stock checks and replenishment
• Supporting deliveries, collections and outgoing shipments
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and running smoothly
• Lending a hand with general admin and day-to-day operations

What you’ll bring

• Reliability – you turn up and get it done
• Good organisation and strong attention to detail
• Flexibility when priorities change (which they will at peak!)
• Happy working on your own or as part of a team

Experience in a warehouse, retail, logistics or operations role is helpful, but not essential. A great attitude matters more. Successful candidates will need a clear basic DBS check and must be available to start in November.
