The role:

• Deliver a warm, engaging and personalised customer experience
• Confidently style customers and recommend products
• Build genuine relationships and encourage repeat business
• Work towards individual and store sales targets
• Maintain excellent visual and operational standards
• Support the wider team during busy trading periods

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience within fashion or premium retail
• A confident, outgoing and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication and styling skills
• A commercial approach and enthusiasm for achieving targets
• Flexibility to work across a full retail rota
