Revit MEP Coordinator - Stage 5 Building Services

London / Holborn | Hybrid Site & Office Working
£35-£40 per hour
3-Month Contract | Outside IR35

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading building services consultancy delivering a prestigious Stage 5 commercial development in Central London.

This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment, producing high-quality coordinated MEP models while collaborating closely with engineers and project teams. You'll play a key role in the technical delivery of a landmark London project, supporting coordination through to construction.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will primarily work in Revit MEP, with occasional 2D drawing work where required, and should be flexible to split time between the project site and the Holborn office when needed.

The Role

As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Producing and coordinating Stage 5 Revit MEP models
• Delivering coordinated MEP drawings for construction
• Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical design teams
• Resolving coordination and clash detection issues within BIM models
• Updating and maintaining accurate Revit models throughout project delivery
• Producing occasional 2D drawings where required
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure programme deadlines are achieved
• Supporting the successful delivery of a prestigious Central London commercial development

This Revit MEP Coordinator position offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile project within an experienced BIM team, contributing to construction-stage delivery from day one.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator with a strong building services background.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or MEP BIM Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP
• Experience delivering Stage 5 building services projects
• Background within a Building Services consultancy or contractor
• Experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services
• Excellent understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative project team

The following would be advantageous:

• Experience on prestigious commercial or high-end mixed-use developments
• Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection workflows
• Ability to produce and amend 2D technical drawings when required
