Registered Manager

Reports to: Responsible Individual

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus

Hours:40 hours per week (or as required)

Travel: Occasional

Our client provides high-quality residential care for children and young people in the London Borough of Greenwich. Working in partnership with families, local authorities and other professionals, our client aims to provide stable, supportive environments that enable children and young people to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.

Role Purpose

The Registered Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management and performance of the children's home, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, child-centred care. The postholder will be responsible for maintaining Ofsted registration, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, leading and developing the staff team, and creating a positive, therapeutic environment where children and young people can achieve positive outcomes. Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home in line with organisational policies and Children's Homes Regulations.
