Refuge Worker (Asian Language Speaker)
Tower Hamlets | Full-Time | Temp on going

Caritas Futures is recruiting a Refuge Worker to support women and children affected by domestic abuse within a safe accommodation service in Tower Hamlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting survivors of domestic abuse
• Completing risk and needs assessments
• Developing safety and support plans
• Working with partner agencies including police, housing, and social services
• Providing practical and emotional support

Requirements:

• Experience working with vulnerable adults, families, or domestic abuse survivors
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment
• Asian language skills (Bengali, Sylheti, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, or similar)
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
