Receptionist

Location: Near Bank, London
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + Excellent Benefits

Hours: 9- 5:30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and personable Receptionist to join a busy corporate office based near Bank, London. Acting as the face of the business, you will provide a first-class front-of-house service, ensuring visitors, clients and employees receive a welcoming and professional experience at all times.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and has strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Manage reception and ensure the front-of-house area is maintained to the highest standard
• Answer, screen and redirect incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages when required
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup and hospitality requirements.
• Arrange couriers, deliveries and collections, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing packages
• Sort and distribute post and manage outgoing mail
• Order office supplies and monitor stock levels
• Manage visitor registrations, access passes and associated records in line with company procedures
• Support office administration and facilities activities as required
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

About You

• Previous experience within a Receptionist, Front of House role within a corporate/commercial business environment
• Professional, friendly and confident communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Reliable, adaptable and committed to delivering exceptional service.
