Reception Manager – Corporate Hospitality

London | £47,500 + Performance Bonus | Monday–Friday

ETAB-Recruits is recruiting an experienced Reception Manager to lead a prestigious, award-winning corporate reception and guest services operation within one of London's leading law firms.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Front of House Manager, Reception Manager or Guest Experience Manager looking to take the next step in a premium corporate hospitality environment.

We are seeking a confident, hands-on leader who combines exceptional service standards with strong people management skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The Role

• Lead, motivate and develop a professional corporate reception and front-of-house team.
• Ensure exceptional service standards for clients, visitors and colleagues.
• Oversee the day-to-day reception operation, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Coach, mentor and support team members to deliver consistently high standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and the overall visitor experience.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming and polished reception environment.
• Lead by example, creating a positive and high-performing team culture.

About You

• Previous management experience within corporate reception, luxury hospitality, premium guest services or a comparable environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop front-of-house teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working with senior corporate stakeholders.
• A polished, professional and approachable manner.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and customer service.
