Quality Assurance Manager - Construction / Cladding
c£60,000 (Negotiable) + Progression + Benefits
12-15 Month Fixed Term Contract
North London / Basildon (Commutable from: Hackney, Stratford, London, Romford, Watford, Hammersmith)

Are you a Quality Manager, with experience in residential construction or cladding, looking to join a leading business, where you have the chance to work on state-of-the-art projects across North London and be able to progress your career?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company, in a varied and technical role, where you will be recognised as the go to expert and receive exposure on cladding projects.

The company area a leading property management & construction business, overseeing residential / high rise projects across Greater London. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a project manager to work on their upcoming cladding projects.

In this role you will work as a quality assurance manager across the companies new build and refurb projects, specifically you will oversee cladding works. The role will involve overseeing quality of current works, assessing design drawings, document control and liaising with subcontractors.

The role would suit a quality manager with experience in residential construction projects who has experience or is interested in cladding projects.

• Quality Manager
• Oversee new build construction & Highrise refurbs
• Oversee quality of construction process, ensure compliance with regulations

The Person:

• Construction background
• Full uk driving license
• Residential construction experience
