Hours – Mon – Fri 9am-5.30pm

They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. You will be experienced in all aspects of property management and make managing a portfolio of around 220 properties look easy!  This means you will be highly organized and self-sufficient feeling   confident enough to jump straight in!

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords.
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Managing the tenancy lifecycle from move-in through to renewal and end of tenancy.
• Handling tenant enquiries, queries and maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Arranging and managing property inspections.
• Liaising with landlords regarding property condition, maintenance and expenditure.
• Managing rent-related queries and working closely with the accounts team regarding arrears.
• Dealing with tenancy renewals, extensions and notices.
• Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
• Managing check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinating deposit deductions and resolving disputes where necessary.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Keeping accurate records and ensuring all property management systems are kept up to date.
• Responding effectively to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues.

The Individual:

• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• A minimum of 1 year property management experience.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
• Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use Alto
• Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
