Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:45am - 6pm
UK Driver’s license & Own Car Required
 

Our client, a busy estate agency, based in Hendon, is looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the efficient day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, customer-focused and confident managing landlords, tenants, contractors and property-related issues from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Handle day-to-day maintenance issues and coordinate repairs and contractors.
• Arrange and monitor property inspections, inventories and compliance requirements.
• Manage tenancy renewals, check-ins and check-outs.
• Deal promptly and professionally with tenant queries and complaints.
• Liaise with landlords regarding property maintenance, repairs and recommendations.
• Ensure properties meet all relevant legal, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, costs and completion of works.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Assist with resolving tenancy issues and support the smooth running of the property portfolio.
• Provide a high level of customer service while protecting landlords' interests.

About You

• Previous experience in property management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.
• Confident dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors.
• Good knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
• Proactive, practical and able to resolve problems effectively.
