Primary School Teaching Assistant
North London
£100 - £117 per day

Remedy are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in North London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children reach their full potential. You'll be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, working closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The role:

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing behaviour

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional help

• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

• Encourage and motivate pupils to participate and achieve their learning goals

• Provide emotional and social support to pupils as needed

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working with children in a school setting

• Be patient, proactive, and flexible

• Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum

• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS

• Have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
