Job Description:

As a Payroll Assistant, you'll be a part of processing for Bureaus and head office teams. You'll also get hands-on exposure to a variety of duties - from onboarding and employee record management to ensuring all benefits and pensions have been covered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop a broader career in a Bureau industry within a fast-paced retail environment. This is a Romanian speaking role with also fluent English required.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing weekly and monthly payroll
• Checking timesheets, hours, overtime and deductions
• Processing starters and leavers
• Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records
• Assisting with PAYE, National Insurance and pension administration
• Responding to payroll queries from employees
• Supporting payroll reporting and general administrative duties

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in accountancy or bookkeeping background
• Fluent in Romanian
• Experience within the clients and bureau background
• A good understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience working end to end dealing with all queries
• Good communicator
