Paraplanner
Cannon Street, London | Hybrid | £35,000 + Bonus

Are you a Paraplanner looking for a role where you can develop your technical skills while building towards a future career as a Financial Adviser?

This growing St. James's Place Partner Practice is looking to add a Paraplanner to their expanding team. With plans to continue growing the business, they are looking for someone with some existing paraplanning experience who wants to develop within a supportive environment.

You'll work closely with experienced advisers, gaining exposure to client cases while receiving ongoing training and support. The role offers a clear progression path from Paraplanner → Senior Paraplanner → Financial Adviser through the St. James's Place Academy.


The ideal candidate will have:

• Some paraplanning experience, ideally within SJP
• Progress towards or completion of Level 4 qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to develop within financial planning

The role offers:

• £35,000 salary
• Discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
• Hybrid working (2 days from home)
• Cannon Street office location
