Operations Manager – Facilities Management

£40,000 - £44,000 + Company Car / Van + Bonus & Commission (50k OTE)+ Established Franchise + Job Satisfaction + Long-Term Stability

Great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing Facilities Management franchise offering long-term stability, genuine job satisfaction and excellent earning potential. Already operating across London, Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Leeds, the company has ambitious plans for nationwide expansion and is looking for a hardworking, motivated individual who wants to establish themselves within the business for the long term.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage Area Sales Managers, improve internal processes and ensure high standards of service delivery. With a strong background in Soft FM and an understanding of Hard FM, you'll be given full autonomy to make decisions, lead teams and put your own stamp on the business. Your Role As An Operations Manager Will Include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring efficient service delivery and high operational standards

• Managing and supporting Area Sales Managers, monitoring performance and ensuring business objectives are achieved

• Developing and improving operational processes, systems and procedures to support continued business growth

• Working closely with company directors while having full autonomy to make decisions and implement improvements

The Successful Operations Manager Will Have:

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Contracts Manager or similar within Facilities Management

• Strong experience within Soft FM, with a good understanding of Hard FM services

• Proven leadership experience with excellent organisational, communication and people management skills

• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away overnight
