Office Manager

Our client, an established maintenance company based in Bromley, is looking for an experienced and highly organised professional to join its team as an Office Manager.
Location: Bromley
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time
This is a varied and important position, combining responsibility for the daily running of the office with operational administration and executive support to the company’s senior management team.
The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable and comfortable managing several priorities at once.
The Role
You will play a central part in keeping the office and wider operation running efficiently. Working closely with management, operatives, contractors, suppliers and clients, you will help coordinate workloads, maintain accurate records and ensure excellent service standards are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Office and Operations Management
Executive Assistant Support
Provide diary and administrative support to Directors and senior management.
Arrange meetings, appointments and travel when required.
Prepare meeting documents, presentations and professional correspondence.
Take minutes and follow up on agreed actions.
Support business projects and operational initiatives.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
Team and Client Support
Deliver a professional and responsive service to clients, residents and business partners.
Support the induction and administration of new employees and contractors.
Help coordinate team meetings, company events and training sessions.
Maintain clear communication between office-based staff and field operatives.
Provide additional administrative support across the business when required.
