Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £42,020.00 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established local contractor specialising in social housing maintenance. This is a long-term position carrying out high-quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works across a range of domestic social housing properties.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a variety of responsive repairs across void and occupied social housing properties.
• Repairing or replacing skirting boards, architraves, internal door frames, locks, handles, and hinges.
• Identifying and resolving minor plumbing issues, including leaks, taps, and blocked sinks.
• Completing patch plastering and making good damaged walls or ceilings.
• Undertaking wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing.
• Painting and decorating to a high professional standard following repair works.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively.
• Using a handhold electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and log completed works.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
