Data Insights Manager
£55,000 – £60,000 | London / Hybrid | 2 days working from home
 
We are working with a leading UK membership and business standards organisation to recruit a Membership Insights Manager to help shape how the organisation understands, engages with and retains its members.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for an insights-led professional who enjoys combining data, customer behaviour and strategic thinking to improve customer experience and drive organisational growth.
 
The Role

• Analyse member data across acquisition, engagement, retention and renewal to identify trends and opportunities.
• Own and continuously improve end-to-end member journeys, identifying friction points and opportunities to enhance experience.
• Develop and track key metrics including conversion, engagement, churn, renewal and lifetime value.
• Translate member, market and research insights into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
• Partner with marketing, retention, member support, data and technology teams to deliver improvements.
• Present insights to stakeholders and champion a data-driven, member-first approach across the organisation

 
About You

• Experience in customer or membership insights, customer analytics, CX, CRM or data-driven strategy.
• Proven experience mapping and improving customer or member journeys.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and Power BI.
• Experience working with CRM/customer data platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent.
• Understanding of acquisition, engagement, retention, churn and customer lifetime value metrics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders across an organisation.

 
Package

• Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
• Location: London/Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
• Permanent, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
• 25 days annual leave increasing with tenure
