Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | Hammersmith

I’m currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team on a large, prestigious commercial site in Hammersmith.

This is a great opportunity for a mechanically biased engineer with a strong plumbing and building services maintenance background, looking for a stable days-only role with a good shift pattern.

Role Details:

• Hammersmith – Large Commercial Site
• Salary: £50,000
• Continental Shift Pattern – Days Only
• 7am–7pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) & reactive maintenance
• Mechanical building services maintenance
• Plumbing systems, pumps, valves, pipework & water systems
• Water treatment and cooling tower maintenance
• Fault finding, repairs and general mechanical maintenance
• Supporting the engineering team to keep the site fully operational

Looking for:

• Mechanical qualification – NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent
• Strong plumbing / mechanical maintenance experience
• Ideally, experience with water treatment and cooling towers
• Commercial building maintenance / FM background
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
