Job Description:

Put your administration and application-processing experience to work in private sector housing. We're recruiting two Licensing Support Officers to support property licensing, help applicants and keep housing records accurate.

• Process and manage property licence applications.
• Guide applicants through the property licensing process.
• Maintain accurate housing databases and application records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support Environmental Health Officers during inspections.
• Help streamline licensing processes and improve the service.

• Proven experience in a similar administration or process-based role.
• The ability to get up to speed quickly in a busy regulatory environment.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Confidence working independently and alongside colleagues.
• A proactive approach to improving processes.
