Legionella Risk Assessor
London
£38,000 - £45,000 + Company Van

A small, independent consultancy is looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team. They have no ties to water treatment companies, so their advice to clients is genuinely impartial.

One of the main perks of this role is that you complete the full assessment on site using their digital system. When you leave site, the job's finished. There are no reports to write up in the evenings, and the office team handles all the CAD drawings.

They're a friendly, close-knit team and want a technically strong Legionella Risk Assessor who takes pride in their work.

What the job involves

• Risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
• Residential and commercial sites across London and the South East
• Inspecting tanks, calorifiers, water heaters, booster sets, TMVs and pipework
• Recording full asset details (make, model, serial number and condition)
• Drawing hand-drawn schematics on site
• Working to ACOP L8, HSG274 and BS 8580-1

What you need

• Experience carrying out Legionella risk assessments on your own
• Good knowledge of water systems and Legionella guidance
• Comfortable using digital reporting software on site
• Full UK driving licence
