Experienced Learning Support Assistant - Brent NW10
Full-Time | KS1 Small Group & SEN Support

Seeking graduates passionate about developing in the educational field.

Your Role as Learning Support Assistant:

• You'll guide young learners, sometimes one-to-one, sometimes in small groups, helping them discover confidence and curiosity.
• You'll run your own nurture group, offering a calm and caring space for SEN pupils to learn, laugh, and belong.
• You'll stand beside teachers, shaping a classroom where every child feels safe and seen.
• And you'll live out the school's values, fairness, compassion, and community.

• You have experience supporting primary-aged children (and if you hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance, even better).
