London | £34,000-£37,000 per annum

My client, a growing, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is looking to recruit an Assistant Acoustic Consultant for its London team. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing experience, work alongside established acoustic specialists and develop your technical expertise across a varied portfolio of projects.

You will be joining an ambitious and collaborative consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering and acoustic solutions. • Salary of £34,000-£37,000 depending on experience.

• Undertaking environmental noise surveys and site-based measurements.

• Monitoring and assessing noise levels at a variety of locations.

• Analysing survey data and assisting with noise impact assessments.

• Preparing clear and accurate technical reports.

• Supporting senior consultants throughout project delivery.

• Liaising with clients and wider project teams.

• A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, Building Services, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in a noise, acoustics or environmental consultancy role is essential - ideally up to 2 years.

• Practical exposure to noise surveys, acoustic assessments or environmental noise projects.

• Strong analytical, written and communication skills.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A full UK driving licence would be beneficial for site visits.
