Job Description:

You will be reporting to the Head of Technology, who is key member of the Operations Team. Technology with my client plays a key role in delivering exceptional IT services while helping to identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies, including AI solutions. The legal sector is a competitive market, that is being disrupted by technological advances, including AI.

We are looking for an IT Support Coordinator who is passionate about technology and who is looking for a varied role where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a broad range of technology disciplines, supporting users, systems, projects, vendors, and technology innovation within a modern law firm.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but is not limited to:

• Providing day-to-day IT support to colleagues across the firm.

• Setting up and supporting laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, and technology services.

• Managing IT assets, software licenses, and technology inventories.

• Liaising with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and other third-party technology suppliers.

 • Assisting with technology procurement and vendor management.

• Supporting case management systems, document management systems, and Microsoft 365 services

 • Helping to create and improve IT workflows, processes, and documentation.

• Researching emerging technologies and carrying out market analysis on new platforms and solutions, including AI technologies.

 • Supporting the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new technology solutions. • Assisting with technology projects, system upgrades, and business improvement initiatives.

 • Supporting client security questionnaires, RFIs, audits, and compliance activities.

• Contributing to cybersecurity awareness and technology best practices across the firm.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.

• High level of attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to multi-task and manage sensitive documents

• A proactive, professional approach and ability to work to own initiatives to better support the Head of Technology and the firm.

• The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.

• At least two years’ experience in an IT support/administrative or technology-focused role.

 • A genuine interest in technology, AI, and process improvement.
