Job Description:

IT Project Coordinator

Initial 6-month

5 days p/week in London

£250 - £300, Inside IR35

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join an established team supporting a large-scale desktop refresh programme.

This is a hands-on coordination role, working alongside an experienced project team and engineers to ensure installations and project activities are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery of desktop refresh projects and installation activities
• Work closely with engineers to manage schedules and onsite activities
• Track project progress, actions, risks and issues
• Liaise with technical teams and key stakeholders
• Ensure installations are delivered efficiently and to agreed timescales
• Provide regular project updates and reporting

Required Experience:

• Experience in an IT Project Coordinator role within Financial Services (essential)
• Strong experience coordinating engineers or technical teams
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure, desktop, or hardware projects (essential)
• Weekend working required
