Internal Communications Executive

£40,000 - £45,000 *DOE

City of London - Hybrid Working

9am - 5pm | Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for employee engagement and content creation? We're recruiting an Internal Communications Executive to join a global leader in talent solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering engaging internal communications that connect and inspire employees across the UK. In this role, you will work as a team player, in a varied role, offering exposure across the communications functions. We are looking to speak with passionate candidates, who are keen to bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to the table!

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating engaging content across a variety of internal channels
• Supporting employee engagement campaigns and communication initiatives
• Producing written, visual, and video content
• Driving new ideas and processes to improve engagement
• Managing communication calendars and internal platforms
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

What We're Looking For

• Educated to degree level of equivalent*
• Must have experience in communications ideally within professional services
• Excellent writing and content creation skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Canva - Knowledge of Viva Engage and Unily is an advantage but not essential
• A creative, proactive, highly organised and strong team player
