Integration Lead – Boomi
Hybrid – London or Manchester

Salary: £60k - £80k base + bonus and benefits

We're looking for an experienced Integration Lead to join a growing consultancy delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes for a range of high-profile clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical expertise with solution architecture, technical leadership, and strategic design. You'll work closely with architects, stakeholders, and engineering teams to shape integration strategies, design scalable solutions, and lead delivery from discovery through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration discovery workshops and define enterprise integration strategies.
• Design robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions across complex technology landscapes.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle, from architecture through to deployment.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve complex integration challenges and ensure best practices are followed.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly communicating design decisions, risks, and recommendations.
• Drive governance, standards, and reusable integration patterns across programmes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in enterprise integration architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi and a solid understanding of modern iPaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of integration design principles including APIs, REST services, event-driven architecture, messaging, data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Boomi runtime architecture including Atoms, Molecules, Atom Clouds, deployment strategies, and release management.
• Exposure to the wider Boomi platform, including API Management, DataHub, Event Streams, Flow, and B2B/EDI.
• Interest or experience working with AI-enabled integration capabilities and intelligent workflow automation.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ERP systems, SaaS applications, and cloud services.
• Ability to challenge requirements, manage risks, and deliver pragmatic architectural solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with alternative integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or similar.
• Exposure to cloud-based enterprise environments and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience designing reusable frameworks, governance models, and best practice integration standards.
